While the minimal rainfall keeps the runoff from being a major issue, the current swell conditions are keeping the water stirred up, and the estimated visibility today is 10-15 ft. With the tide still falling and a few hours left until slack, the surge around the rocky reefs is likely to be a bit more active than usual.
